Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a unique therapy which uses wordweaving as well as some of the more effective elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Gestalt, Traditional Hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). It is a modern, solution based therapy which aims to free you from your problem as quickly as possible.
Taking into account each individual clients needs I will provide a bespoke treatment plan.
It is a common misconception that hypnotherapy can make you do things that you don’t want to do, this is not true, there are no swinging watches, definitely no clucking like a chicken at a later stage, and no pressure on you to behave in a way that you would not want to.
There will be times when you may have your eyes closed during a relaxation induction, but please be assured that you remain in control at all times, and any time you want to talk or open your eyes you will be able to do so.
