How much are the therapy fees per session?
Therapy fees for each cognitive hypnotherapy appointment cost £75.00
Past life regression (PLR) is a much longer session the therapy fees for PLR are £150.00
How do I pay my therapy fees?
You can pay by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Is there anyone I am unable to see as a client for Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
No, not anyone. As a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) I abide by their ethics and guidelines on who should be a client. Contact me for more information.
How an appointment is structured and what you can expect from me
- I will not judge or label you, whatever the problem is that we are addressing I will work with you to empower you to find your solution.
- All therapeutic conversations and the notes I take will be stored confidentially.
- Your first appointment will be between 60 and 90 minutes. This allows me time to make notes on the problem we are addressing and to take a short history from you. The following appointments will last approximately 60 minutes.
- I will be available in between appointments by email for your support if you need me.
- A guarantee that I will abide by the Code of Ethics put in place by the National Council Of Hypnotherapy NCH.
- You will receive wordweaving downloads from me in between appointments, listening to the wordweave will support the work that we are doing together.
- A bespoke therapy plan will be devised for you taking into account your individual needs.

Making the decision to book a therapy appointment can seem overwhelming for some people.
Please be assured that when you take the first step to contact me, I already admire your courage at a time when you are possibly feeling very vulnerable.
My clients well-being is my passion and for that reason I will do all I can to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
